Both. We scope discovery-led fixed projects for greenfield builds and automation, and monthly retainers for ongoing product engineering, LLM ops, and iteration after launch.
Discovery and a signed roadmap usually take 1–2 weeks. MVPs and automation pilots often land in 4–10 weeks depending on integrations and compliance needs. We ship incrementally with demos along the way.
For client work, you own the deliverables defined in the statement of work unless we agree otherwise. We keep reusable internal tooling separate. Our own products (FeedbackAI, Company OS, Zema Blue) remain Future Flow IP.
We design with least-privilege access, encrypted transport, and environment isolation. We align with your data residency requirements and can work within your cloud accounts when needed.
